NJCAA D III Track & Field Championships: Full Results as Roadrunner Men's and Women's Teams Grab National Spotlight!

The RCSJ Roadrunner men's and women's track and field teams finished up their season this past weekend at the NJCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships hosted by Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, NY.

Despite chilly and wet conditions, the teams were able to come home with 2 individual National Championships, 9 NJCAA All-Americans, 10 All-Region, and 20 season best performances. The meet included some historical firsts for the college, with Rae-Jaun becoming the first National Champion for the Roadrunners in the 100m and the 200m events, and the women's 4x100m team were the first to earn All-American for the women in that event. In the national team standings, the women finished in 5th place and earned the region 19 title with that placing. The men finished in 9th place and were the Region 19 Runners-up.

The Rowan College South Jersey - Gloucester Track and Field teams are set to compete at the NJCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field National Championships from May 7-9. The meet is being hosted this year by Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, NY, the same site where the Runners won a Men's National Championship in 2018.

The talented RCSJ squads are currently both ranked in the latest United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) National poll. The Roadrunner teams are also both ranked nationally in the USTFCCA East Region and in NJCAA Region IX.

RCSJ will be sending a large contingent of both men and women athletes who have qualified for the NJCAA Championships based on their performances throughout the season.
